Meet Your Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer
I’m Francesca Tuozzo, founder of Motus Sports Therapy. I’m qualified in Advanced Level 5 Sports Therapy, Level 4 Sports Massage and Level 1 & 2 Medical Acupuncture, with 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and the last 5 years running my own practice.
My background combines sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and personal training, allowing me to help people at all stages — from managing pain and recovering from injury through to becoming stronger, fitter and more confident with exercise.
My approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. I look at what may be contributing to your pain, weakness or movement limitations and create an individual plan around you. Depending on your needs, this can include rehabilitation, mobility work, strength and stability training, medical acupuncture, dry needling, joint mobilisation and other sports therapy techniques.
You also don’t need to be injured to work with me. I offer one-to-one personal training for anyone wanting to improve their strength, general fitness, weight loss, body composition, gym confidence or overall health and wellbeing. Every programme is tailored to your current ability, lifestyle and individual goals.
